Tiffanie Barriere

Tiffanie Barriere is the bartender’s bartender, an influencer and educator who has been awarded with some of the beverage industry’s highest honors. The Bar Smart graduate is a Tastemakers of the South award-winner who spent seven years as the beverage director of One Flew South the “Best Airport Bar in the World.” As an independent bartender she is known for creative and innovative cocktail menus and bar consultancy clients; hosting mixology classes around the nation and connecting culinary and farm culture with spirits. As a leader, she is a member of the Tales of the Cocktail Philanthropy & Development Committee, and a member of the Atlanta chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier.

Barriere and her cocktails have been featured in multiple publications from Imbibe magazine (print and online) to Forbes. In 2020 Tiffanie was featured on Food Networks The Kitchen along with receiving the Tales of the Cocktails Dame of the Year award. In 2021 Barriere appeared on the cover page of Imbibe Magazine for the Top 75 for Imbibe and was also voted in to take the seat as the Tales of the Cocktail Dame Hall of Fame Co- Chair. Tiffanie has also allocated her palate nationwide by becoming a spirit’s judge for the L.A. Spirits Awards, Ascot Awards Judge, American Craft Spirits Association and New Orleans Spirit Competition. She has also taken the stage in Berlin for Bar Convent, shared birthday cocktails with Hoda and Jenna on the Today Show and was featured as a guest judge on the Netflix show Drink Masters. The Louisiana-Texas native is the trustworthy mentor of some of the best bartenders and mixologists in the world and remains a goal of education, service and fun with every pour.
